Android profile payload assinment issue

Dears
we have noticed that when we try to edit on the Android profile payload the updates are not reflected to the assignment group and the status of the profile updates on the Android devices is Unconfirmed install

do you have more details on the profile you are trying to distribute, the changes you have made etc,...?

If you create a new profile with a VPN payload and push to SG or OG it will work by of you edit the payload or added an extra payload the changes don't reflect on the android devices and the status of the profile is Unconfirmed install.

so the new profile working and the edited profile not working.

how ever IOS and Windows devices working fine only android devices has this issue

Do you have more detail on the changes you made to the profile?

What payload did you try to add?

what happens if you check-in the device?

if you open the tunnel app on android?

You can't provide too much info when trying to troubleshoot something 🙂
