We have enrolled Android devices into Workspace One. Corporate - Dedicated. The device does not retrieving any telecom data (no data no call no sms). We have enabled the telecom option for iOS and Android under ' Android - Intelligent Hub Settings' . Also enabled them on the tab ' Telecom' on the left side. Any idea why we can't retrieve any telecom data ? Any pluggin or third party to install ?
You need to deploy the TELECOM SAMPLE APP V3.0.1 FOR ANDROID, as an internal App. Depending on you account here at my.workspaceone.com , this App (Apk) can be downloaded from this website.
