Android Enterprise clear\change device passcode after reboot device.

Hello, I've got a question about clear/reset device passcode after reboot device. When I send clear or reset device passcode commands and this device is after reboot, commands not working. I have to unlock device and every commands work correctly. Is it possible to clear passcode by WS1 after reboot without unlock ?

Android 11, DO config.

Hi, I do not think so. One thing that may work, if your settings allow it, is to use a ethernet cable adapter and connect to an ethernet cable.

In my experience most devices (specifically iOS but I believe this applies to Android as well) do not re-connect to wifi until their security unlock PIN has been entered. Until that occurs the device can't receive the passcode clear command, resulting in what you are seeing.
