We have several Android devices that are constantly falling out of compliance because they do not check-in regularly. We have a Device Last Seen policy that requires the device to check-in every 12 hours. We have disabled all power monitoring on the Android devices. And the AirWatch Agent app stays open. But the devices just stop reporting back to the AirWatch Console. Has anyone else solved this problem? The users get an email and push notification after the device has not checked-in after 12 hours. Some of the users are getting notifications every 12 hours. This gets really annoying for the users. Looking for recommendations on how you handle Android devices.
