We use a certificate based network and are having some difficulties getting our user certs to install on Android devices. We have Root CA, Issuing CA, & User certs. the Root & Issuing CA certs appear on the device just fine, however the user cert does not appear to be installing anywhere. We have even tried side-loading the cert from storage on the device. Does anyone have any experience with loading certs issued to a specific user onto an Android device? Pretty stumped at this point as to why this last piece of the puzzle won't appear to cooperate.
As a side note, we are using the same method on iOS devices and they have no problem getting the user cert generated via profile and connecting to our corp network, just Android devices seem to have the issue.
