Just had a user who tried enrolling in WS1 on an Android device he just updated to Android 13. Basically getting:
Workspace Services
Workspace Services has not completed setup. Tap ‘continue’ to complete.
If you are having trouble contact your Administrator.

Can’t add work profile
A work profile can’t be added to this device. If you have questions, contact your IT admin.
I am on premise on 21.11.0.22 (2111) and found some VMware article about 22.07 being ready for Android 13. So hopefully that's not the problem. There is no 22.07 for on premise yet.
Anyone else experiencing this?
I am facing the same issue here I cannot send or receive emails but I just wondering if I install outlook instead of boxer as a temporary solution it gonna work ?

For people having email issues with Android 13, have you seen this article?
valenciaj we are having this issue now as well. Seed script fixed the enrollment issue but having issues with email sync. We are using Boxer and SEG for reference. Of course this is effecting our CIO so although we do not have many Android users, that's all that matters. Wrote about this issue in another thread but no one responded. Someone posted, which we saw before, to turn off and on the work profile. Can't ask the CIO to keep doing this.
Note this presents two ways:
1. Email stops syncing.
2. When initially setting up Boxer and typing in your password it says it can't find the server.
Not sure on item 1 but with item 2 if you want a while it will work then. At the same time on iOS everything keeps chugging along.
