hi everyone,
we have been using COPE so far to enroll new devices - also for android 11.
since 1 week, if we enroll a new phone /factory reset phone via COPE, the private playstore is not working
it shows "No results found". we tried several google accounts and other devices. also deactivate all profiles (restrictions) - but nothing helped.
the problem is still existing with COPE and Android 11. Devices: Galaxy S10, S10e, S20, Note 10
what we tried:
* delete app data (playstore/play service)
* deactivate all profiles for our test-phones and enrolled it again
does anyone has the same problem?
br, apchrispi
+1 There is a solution for this issue?
Hi to all!!!
yes same problems in here too.
Does your activation come from the Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment system? (KME)
Once I managed to solve by clearing the cache memory of the Google Play Store and Google Play Service applications both in the work area and in the private area.
It also does not allow the download of private applications saying that the administrator has blocked the download ... does it happen to you too?
(Restoring the device to factory settings again other times does not happen)
Were you able to solve it? Solutions?
Thanks
Devices:S10e (with KME)
hi!
yes - we solved the problem.
* open the playstore in the personal space
* click on the 3 bars - settings
* scroll down to the Play Store-Version and click on it
Playstore should be updated automatically after that action
it would take a few minutes
