Airwatch - Impossible to install a specific app on Android 10

Hello,

I can't install a specific app (LinkBook) on tablets with Android 10 OS.
=> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.coccinellesoftware.linkbook

These tablets are enroled on Airwatch with an Android for Work account.

I didn't have any problem before.
- I can install an internal app or a public app (for example : Brave, Youcut, Comphone Story Maker, Stop Motion Studio...).
- No proxy.
- In the same time I tried to install Linkbook, I could install Youcut.
- No problem for updating the profile and the WorkSpace One Launcher.

I tried, with success, to install this app on another tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S4) with Android 10, too (but with a Google Account, and not in the Airwatch environment).

I don't find a response in the knowledge base.

If you can help me to fix this issue... Thank you.

Mathieu

Does the application have a maximum version of Android it supports?

Can you try and install the apk or application on the device manually?

Do you have any compliance policies in place that could be blocking installation?

What is the device logs saying in UEM?

Hi,

I tried successfully to install the same app on the same tablet Galaxy SM-T510 (and Android version).

I tried to install it with the apk : successfully with a "standard tablet", and problem with a tablet on AirWatch.

And I tried to install Firefox (and other apps) with airwatch : no problem.

I think the problem is with AirWatch and a few apps (Linkbook, and also Bookinou, How Many...).

I have to download the logs but I don't have all permissions to do it (I can't activate developer mode for example : I do it next week).

Thanks for your response,

Mathieu
