Airwatch Hub (Android): Apps-Tab disappeared

Hello!

Something strange is happening on our Android phones. Some of them have recently lost the "Apps" Symbol in Airwatch Hub.
Now Hub only shows "Favorites", "For you" and "Support".

We think it has been caused by Hub Version 23.04.0.13 (Build 5881). 
We are using Work-Profile Mode. 

Has anyone here observed a similar behavior? Or are there any additional information regarding this problem?

I'm seeing the same thing on Hub version 23.04.0.16 on Android and on Hub version 23.04.0 on iOS.
