AirWatch default Admin account

We recently copied our production database and one of the AW techs scrubbed it with a script to remove the users from it.  We are planning on using this database with our test environment.  Big problem is we are not able to log into the console with the local admin that we had in the production environment.  Is there a default account that was used when the environment was first setup?  If not, is there a way to add one without having an account to log in with ?  Thank you!!

The install creates a basic account user named Administrator unless you have renamed it for security purposes.

Is there a default password that is used?

the default password should be ' Airwatch'


You can look for the default user with this:


SELECT *
FROM dbo.CoreUser
WHERE UserName LIKE '%Administrator%'


If it does not exist he scrubbed to much.

Console never allows me let inside, keep on asking for same credentials. Tried query and it shows ' Administrator'  . Dono where it needs a change. please share ur ideas if u have such issue.

Same problem here Vinoth. Did you resolved it?
The SQL query shows de Administrator account (With a crypt password). When a try to login in web page, the page just only ' refresh'  and didn't let me in.

Seems to be alot of users requiring this script, i'd advice all of you to open a support-ticket requesting this script.
They should give it right way as long as you open a ticket for your environment
Not sure how comfortable VMware is with users sharing this script with strangers.
