AirWatch Hub not able to register with email server and token

When transferring from one iPhone to an upgrade, Airwatch is not installing correctly.   It installs normally, but then when attempting to register it, the options are incorrect.  On opening the Hub, we are supposed to enter the user’s email address to begin registration.  The Airwatch app is not giving this option.

Normal:              Enter user email address, and then enter console supplied TOKEN

Currently:           Option is available to enter username/password – this is likely for non enterprise versions?

                             Option is available to enter TOKEN – but no option to enter user email address
