After upgrading to 1.5 i cant login to administrate users etc

I can login to the Connector where i where all seems fine.

Clicking on "Login in to Horizon"  i get to fill in username and then password. It says signing in for 2 seconds and then nothing.. just an empty page.

Do i need to reset something in order to be able to login?

Please try the following URL for non-AD admin access:

https://horizon.corp.local/SAAS/login/0

username: admin

password: password you set during deployment

That worked.

Care to explain why i can,t login with the AD service Account?

We recently uncovered an issue with Workspace 1.5:

If an AD user is added to Workspace, then removed from Workspace and -re-added later - user record loses its role attribute.

Usually this type of activity is happening with BindDN user, which is added to Workspace as an admin first.

You can use non-AD admin account to promote any other AD user to be an Administrator.

We are currently working on a workaround to recover role attribute when it is missing.

Hi,

we had the same Problem. You need to go to https://connector-va/hc/admin and define a new binddn user as admin.
