Admins Action stay on INITIAZED Status when landing on the device

hello,

I need to send a wakeUp or reboot command to my android device , i find the admin action method from the API doc,  i succed to send the command but nothing happen side device 

once the admin action gets executed , i have this status side console with event data (admin action on INITIAZED state )

do you have an IDEA to execute this admin action ?
