Add new SMS gateway provider to VMware Workspace One

Hello everyone,

I work for a company in KSA that provides a cloud service for sending SMS messages. One of our clients uses VMware workspace one.
Is there a way to add and integrate our service as an SMS gateway provider to the VMware workspace one ?

Hi Shadi,

We have a similar case and we didn't find a way to integrate the SMS gateway with VMware workspace one direct and we have registered with the 2FA solution and integrated the 2FA with the SMS gateway to send the SMS

Thanks Ossama for your advice,

But unfortunately we don't want it only for OTP we want it to include all types of SMS , for example user notifications.
