Recently I notice my iPadOS or iOS devices that are enrolled using DEP no longer give me the option to bypass the Activation Lock when using the Device Wipe command. Has anyone else ran into this with DEP devices?
This issue has come along with having to Delete DEP devices and Reassigning Enrollment Profiles in order to re-enroll devices from DEP into Workspace ONE EUM.
I have wondered the same thing and we had a support ticket about this a few months ago.
Apparently they have changed it so you only get the option in Device Wipe if the user have signed in with their Apple ID. Otherwise you don't see it.
I remember that I examined this on about 10 different ipads to look if the user had entered an Apple ID before wiping them. And it seemed correct.
