Access to Device files from Airwatch Console

Hello, we have the question of whether from the Airwatch console with the administrator role it is possible to access the files of an Android device without the user's knowledge. Or if it is simply possible to publish files but not access them. Using Remote Management we have seen that it is possible to access the files, but we wanted to know if it is possible to do it without Remote Management. Thank you

Yes. I believe it was in console version 9.1 that ' file manager access'  became possible for Androids. To access it from the device details page, you would go to ' More actions'  at the top. Unless you have disabled it under the privacy settings, it should be there.
