Access denied for login to vmware workspace

Hi

but now in login vmware workspace page i don't know what is my username and password ?

when i use Administrator user this message appear

username=Administrator

Access Denied

You do not have access to this service. Contact your administrator for assistance.

and when i use user=admin this message appear

Your username or password is incorrect.

what is problem?

Sorry for the late reply. But this is what must have happened.

The Bind DN user ("Administrator" in your case) must have been removed accidentally. To remove the accidental deletion, we add it explicitly as one of the DNs on the "Select Users" page. But if however a user encounters "access denied" error, this is how it can be solved in the future. Add the missing users by running a Directory Sync. Login to your workspace using the URL https://hostname.domainame/SAAS/login/0 and the username is "admin" password is what you chose on the initial setup wizard. Search for "Administrator" user now and you will be able to find it. Change the role of this user from "User" to "Administrator". Then you will be able to login as "Administrator" again from the URL https://hostname.domainame/
