Access Denied. Workspace One (Mobile SSO by Android)

AnyOne who can help me this problem? i have configured any way by DOC of VMWARE but the problem still occur: bypass or use proxy Tunnel. My Workspace One is a on-premises deployment.i have had re-config following the artist workplace one for Android SSO notthing to success -> still error

Still get error on your production? so what kind of authen you use ? Manual ? not use SSO? Thank you
