API Credentials

Hi, We are working a lot with the API calls but we have some issues because we have created a Basic API Account and every 30days the password expires and it's very boring change the password every time. Is there possibilities to set ' no password expiration'  during the creation procedure of the Basic Account?
The environment is cloud based, so no way to tuning the Database 🙂

Hi Massimo,

I was in the same boat and was able to extend credential expiration on all basic accounts from 30 days to 9999 days. This, however, can only be configured at the global level versus individual account. So keep this in mind for security purposes.

How do you have changed the credentials expiration period? we are on Cloud environment.

If you are a dedicated cloud customer, then you can submit a ticket for support to make the change for you.

If you are a shared cloud customer, then I think you are out of luck.
