I have been tasked with administering our Workspace One solution. I have little knowledge of the product and don't have any reference material on our account. I attempted to submit a technical support request but apparently our account doesn't have any associated products.
I need to speak with a human being about getting support and can't find a phone number.

I would suggest checking with your VMware Account Rep for a direct contact line.

Find out who was involved in the procurement and supply of your licenses, the contacts they have may be a good starting point.
