windows10 Server Manager error.

Greetings, 

I am setting up the infrastructure for the domain controller 2016,

First, I install the windows 10 iso image,

Second, I install the server manager, because I didn't found it by default.

After that, I face the problem in the server manager, it does not appear the Local server section with the details.

In addition, when I tried to add roles and features it shows error "Attached".

Please advise me..
