I got a sql server with 128GB memory. in the OS SQL server is using up 110GB of it and 94% utilized
what can i do to resoilve this?

This is kinda normal and it's related to the amount of memory limit configured at the ms sql server settings
No related to VMware tho.
But it is an easy fix:
1 - Set SQL memory limit:Server memory configuration options - SQL Server | Microsoft Docs
2 - Restart the VM
