Here is our current problem.
On some of our VDIs, VMTools doesn't start correctly after Guest reboot. Sometimes it works after 5 or 10 attempt of reboot.
We found out that root cause is OpenText SOCKS Client. If uninstalled - everything works perfectly. VMTools starts after every single reboot. If installed again - problem is back. Unfortunately we have to use OpenText ...
Does anyone of you had already some similar issue or at least can help and provide some hints ? Much appreciate for your help.
