I am trying to learn more about vCenter. The issue i am having is. When I clone an existing m or create a vm from template. I apply a vm customization to it. I selected the Use the virtual machine name to be the computer name but it does not seem to be working. I also wanted to configure it to automatically join newly created vm to be joined to domain, I enter the correct credentials in side of there as well. Should sysprep be ran on the vms before i create a template from it? Is there something else i need to be doing to get this to work?
