New Installation

Please i just created windows server 16 and powered it on..

but i cant load..

i get an error message...

Welcome to the Community,

creating a VM only creates the environment for the OS. After creating the VM you need to install the operating system on that virtual machine using e.g. a bootable Windows 2016 installation image (ISO file). Map this to the VM's virtual CD-ROM drive, and make sure that Connect at power on is checked.
