vmware converter while source machine is in use?

I have a Windows 2003 server x64 machine that I would like to convert to a virtual machine with Vmware converter. The machine see's very little down time so I am wondering if I can successfully convert the machine while it is being used. File sharing, RDP, print services, etc... Thanks!

You can make hot-p2v with VMware Converter.
