...multiple subnets, iSCSI and RR pathing...

In the case of using RR pathing policy, are there any stipulations from VMware, i.e., in the form of KBs, whitepapers, etc..., that recommend using multiple subnets with RR...?  My specific config is iSCSI and involves ESX hosts running ESX4.1U2 / ESXi5.0, switches and storage arrays...

Hi Rickkar1,

What storage appliance are you using... I'm not sure i have ever seen the recommendations for RR within the VMware KB articles...

However, you do them alot in the vendors tech docs/white papers... HP/EMC/DELL do this...
