iSCSI Usage with ESX Server Foundation?

When I click on "properties" of the iSCSI Software Adapter I get "VMotion and IP storage has not been enabled." I was curious if iSCSI usage is allowed with ESX Server Foundation. Can someone point me to a document that says this? Thanks.

Are you running starter or foundation? Because in starter there were limits to the storage you could connect to but that was removed when foundation replaced the starter version per -
