deleting VM's in Fusion on a mac

How do I delete a virtual machine on a Mac? I'm using VMware Fusion. I allocated 10 gigs to a WinXP VM and I want to get rid of it. The actual folder for that WinXP VM is under 2 gigs, so I don't want to delete just that and have the other 8 gigs somewhere on my comp unknown.

Thanks in advance

You'll get better responses posting in the Fusion beta forum. http://www.vmware.com/community/forum.jspa?forumID=371

Just delete the guest's folder. If you created a growable disk, then you've defined the Maximum size.
