Which product support memory snapshot?

Hi, I have downloaded VMware Player and VMware Workstation 8.0 and I wish to capture the memory dump data.

However it seems both products did not provide the option to create a memory snapshot (snapshot that also capture the image internal memory data)

Anyone know which free/trial product contain this feature?

actually VMware Workstation does capture the active memory if you take the snapshot with the VM powered on.
