What to take with me to the testing center?

I attended the class but I lost the certificate that shows I attended. Do I need a replacement to take with me to the testing center? Do I need to submit it to VMware?

You should not need to take the certificate to the testing center. The class is not required to take the exam, but is required to get the certification. VMware should have the record of you attending the class and you should not need to do anything other than take and pass the exam.
