Unable to Migrate

This is kind of a strange one...128 VM's and there are 2 that won't even give me "migrate" as an option. It almost seems like a VC permission thing but can't be since I am an administrator. Has anyone ever seen this before? I've tried it from multiple PC's including directly from the VC server (even tried it under a different login). The funny thing is another Sys Admin can migrate them.

p.s. I just checked and I can't add permissions to those VM's either (cookoo)

I read in another forum about someone with the same problem...I created a new domain admin account and logged it in to VC and had the right permissions on those VM's, so it definitely has something to do with my account (even though I checked and don't have any other permissions specified other than administrator to the whole datacenter)
