Hello,

Is there any solution/emulation/simulation which would help in testing a Server/agent application which has to be tested on 500+ agnets i.e. server has to handle 500+ agents (each agent can be win/lx and consists of an agent installation on the system, a web service and which is binded to a IP/Mac).

You could try 500+ Linux guests under z/VM on an IBM zSeries.

And when you need to try 1000 or more, cloning isn't too hard to do. Shared Read-Only filesystems help keep the disk footprint down.
