Question regarding VMotion

I understand vmotion is part of the VMWare Infranstructure 3; however i am having troubles findong the download for it. I have downloaded all applications/software under the VI3. Is VMotion part of the Consolidated Backup download? or where can i find vmotion. Any assistance is appreciated.

The actual software is included in the ESX packages but the feature is enabled through licensing.

So you don't need to find anything to install, just have the appropriate licenses available on the license server.
