I wish to start my Career in VMWare i.e, VCP, What are the options
for me. I wish study by my self. Any comments & course options? Do
tell me about how much time it takes to get this certification

Its very wise dicision to take vmware. you will have bright future in vmware career.
Class room training is mandatory to appear for the VCP certification.
Time depends on you. You should have hands on and experience.

As the others already mentioned, to become VCP you need to attend a classroom training and pass the VCP test.
However, that's by far not sufficient to do the job. You need at least some basic knowledge about networking, basic or good knowledge about storage systems (FC, iSCSI, ...), backup concepts as well as IT in general.
Hands on training is absolutely necessary. It's a good idea to create a lab environment (you can create a complete vSphere environment using VMware Workstation) in which you can practice the tasks you learned in the classroom training or from the different docs
It's also advisable to regularly go through the knowledge base and - at least in my opinion - read the posts in this community.
It's like becoming a cook, you will have to start with pealing potatoes...
