Is any way to deploy virtual machine from physical hardware with out vmkernal layer

I need a suggestion here for this doubt

Normally we deploy a virtual machine from vmkernal layer

I needed to know is any way to deploy virtual machine directly from physical hardware without contact vmkernal layer.if possible please sugget me how to do that i need steps.

I'm not sure to understand your question.

If is related with your other post, then the anwser is that the copy operation could be (in some cases) delegate to the storage with the VAAI function:

Or, if you have a NFS storage, you can simple copy the files from the storage and then add to the inventory.
