I don't think any of us will be able to get in on the IPO. I'm not a market guru by any means but I've been researching how to get in on IPOs in general since I found out about this and it sounds like if you aren't a moderate holder with one of the underwriting investment banks (e.g. Merril Lynch), you aren't going to have an option to get in on the IPO.

I guess at some point it will hit the exchange and then you can get it through ETrade or whatever, but you've already missed a piece of the profit.

Thoughts? We should all get rich and retire off this one.

I think your observations are astute...I am no "securities and exchange" guru but those folks that are in this business have sorta echoed your thoughts. It may get gobbled up and be unavailable or we may see it after some of the profit pie has been eaten a bit.
