There are several solutions available in the market and two best solution is VMware vConverter which comes with enterprise license or free with standalone download. You can also use Platespin product for this purpose and I've done 500+ P2V projects just using VMware vConverter itself and runs great and with version 4.0 it has more features and flexible during conversion.

1. VMware

2. Platespin

3. Acronis
