Cold Clone? What's the latest. Need to move system safely

Is 3.03 still the latest cold clone CD?  I saw reference to cold cloning in the v5 beta documentation using 4.1.x CD but I can't find that CD to download.  That v5 documentation made reference to cold cloning requiring and Enterprise level license. 

Will someone illuminate me please?  I need to move a Windows Server 2008 R2 domain controller running SBS 2008 (exchange, sql, etc) and cold cloning seems like it's the safest (best?) way.

cold clone is only available for enterprise users

why do you need it anyway?

whats wrong with normal clone?

Hot clones don't work when VSS is not playing well with others, or when the server has high I/O.
