Have you implemented charging for virtual resources?
What criteria did you use to charge for virtual resources?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Ron Oglesby has something in a spreadsheet that has some sample breakdowns of costs related to VM resources.

Also, I think that ESX Charter has some capability for doing chargebacks.

Actually the newest version has chargeback reporting capabilities.

How did the proof of concept go? I'm just starting to look into products that can do this, and your post was the first I heard of Provment.
