I am running ESX 3.1 and 2.5 on our servers. Is there a way where I can specify the CPU speed on the VM servers either by virtual infrastructure client or on the gui.
You can't change the speed but you can change the Limit and Reservation.
Open the VM settings, in the third tab (Resources) you can adjust these settings.
