On the EMC side of things, the closest you can come to that is to download the CLARiiON Navisphere Simulator (SAN) and the Celerra DART Simulator (NAS). The former is a small windows program that simulates the creation of things like RAID Groups and LUNs, while the latter is a full fledged VMware ACE package running the actual NAS DART code with two data movers.
