Here's a link to the oscustomizationspec that lists all the possible timezone values from 0-300. I want to provide a list to my users to select the timezone they want when building a new VM but there's no offset from GMT that helps the user choose the correct value. This would be fine if the names were mapped directly with Windows timezones, or some other timezone websites but about 30% of them don't match up with any that I can find online so I'd have to do alot of digging for each individual ones. Is there a list with all the offset values for the timezones available for OScustomizationspec somewhere?
