It's difficult to do a directory listing and see your files that exist, if you ever need to do manual troubleshooting from the console. Granted, you can filter through that if you know how, but it's still annoying to have to wade through that many files to get the names and details about the files you actually need to see.
Other than that, and the ones you already stated, there are no issues.
