vm doesn't respond to RDP or Ping until you log in to vcenter again

I created VM and install the VMware tool and everything is normal and accessed the VM from vcenter and I enable remote desktop and disabled the firewall, and I was testing the RDP works normally,
After logging out from vencter within an hour, I can't access to VM from the remote desktop or ping until I login to venter again to log in from RDP again.

I was attaching a file displaying the VM after logging out

Note that the problem only occurs in windows 10 but windows server 2016  It works normally

Windows going to sleep because of it’s own power management settings?

yes, Thank you for replying, I fixed the issue

The problem was about the power settings in the operating system.
