migrating vm from single esx to cluster

I try to migrate a vm from a single esx box to a cluster esx. I shutdown the vm. Then went to migrate and show some warnings that cpu and network will change. I went ahead and said ok but now the recent tasks shows

relocate virtual machine storage is showing 100% and stuck.

try restarting the hostd on service mgmt-vmware restart on the esx host you migrated to -
