esx3.5 install netware4.11 scsi driver problem

when i stall netware4.11 in esx3.5 ,it can't find scsi driver.

LSI22320-R for netware is not useful.

please give me a hand.

firstly Netware 4.11 is not a supported OS on ESX 3.5, however that said, there has been reports for sucess, have a read of this thread
