creating a Windows 7 VM in Vsphere

I am trying to create a windows 7 pro vm in my ESX vsphere environment.

I can get it to boot off the CD, but when it tries to install it can't get by looking for a driver in the floppy image area.

If anyone has created a windows 7 vm successfully, can you give me some instructions.

I have created win2k, XP, win2k3 etc...but this is giving me a hard time

any help is appreciated

thanks
