cannot running VM Windows 64 BIT

i cannot running vm windows 64 bit

my configuration

Physic server : IBM Blade server HS20 884355A

installed esxi 3.5 U5.

i've already set NX on VM...but still have error

" msg.monitorInit.vmm64.initfailure:This CPU does not support VT.

This host's CPU is not capable of running 64-bit virtual machines.

would you like to suspend the virtual machine or power off "

is that mean my physical server not suppoted 64 bit platform, i've check on IBM server proven , it's support for windows 2003 64 bit.

Please Help me..

Enable Intel VT in the host BIOS and cold boot the system after doing so. Sometimes you even need to unplug the power.

Unfortunetly...

on my Blade there is no Intel VT features..

my blade is Ibm Blade HS20...

so any experience on this case...

Interestingly I can'tr find a Inetl Xeon DualCore processor with the Intel processor finder with the specs IBM shows for teh HS20 blade: http://www-947.ibm.com/systems/support/supportsite.wss/docdisplay?lndocid=MIGR-63387&brandind=500002...

I tried to check if this processor supports Intel-VT but I can't find any Intel Xeon Dualcore with a 1.6 or 2 GHz processor and 667 bus speed.
