Windows server 2019 with veeam B&R BSOD

Hello, 

I've clean installed a Windows Server 2019 VM on a Cisco UCSC-C240-M5L with ESXi 6.7.0 Update 3 (Build 17700523).

I installed Veeam Backup&Replication 11 and I'm having bsods all the time. 

From the minidump files, I've found hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe.

Is anyone having the same issue?
